Delete your Monstrada account

How to request the deletion of your account in the Monstrada game (developer Monstrada, on Google Play) and what happens to your data.

FASTEST

In the game

  1. Open Monstrada.
  2. Tap Settings › Account › Delete account.
  3. Confirm. The account is erased after 30 days. Logged in again within that time? You can cancel.

GAME NOT INSTALLED

On the website

  1. Open Support and choose My account or my data.
  2. Enter your Player ID (#HVM-...), shown on your profile under your name. Don’t know it? Leave an email, your in-game name and your device.
  3. Write “I want to delete my account”. We confirm the account is yours and delete it within 15 days.

Children’s accounts: a parent or guardian can make the request the same way.

WHAT IS DELETED

  • Profile: in-game name, friend ID, month and year of birth, state and device type.
  • Progress: level, items, heroes, coins and gems, missions, pass, trophies and match history.
  • Friends, clan and messages sent.
  • The device data linked to the account.

Gems and purchases that were in the account are lost with it.

WHAT MAY BE KEPT

  • Real-money purchases: the purchase record (date, amount and store order number), for as long as the law requires.
  • A device suspended for cheating: only the minimum for the suspension to stay in place (a cryptographic digest of the identifiers and the reason), while it lasts.
